He has more than 5 years of working experience in private security agency, working in Aetos Security Management as Human Resource Officer hiring Auxiliary Police Officer and Security Officers and in Ademco Security Pte Ltd as Assistant Manager, Operations and Compliance.

He has more than 3 years of man management experience in security agency, managing up to 120 security officers and 3 Operations Executives. In additions, he has assisted and involved in recruiting officers for event’s security managing various small scale security services for projects/events. (Swatch Group, Body Shop & more).
